Concert Series

The St. Luke's Concert Series is a wonderful outreach opportunity. Because of the support of individual members of our congregation, we have been able to offer free admission to the entire community. A big part of that support is the many volunteers helping to put on this worthwhile event.

If you would like to become part of our volunteer Concert Corps for the upcoming 2008-09 season and experience the same joy and fulfillment many of us already have in helping to put these Concerts on, please fill out the form below to be a part of the "harmonious team"!

HERE'S HOW: The form below lists the ELEVEN performances we will present this season and several particular ways you can serve as a member of the Concert Corps. Please check the concert dates in the first column against your own personal calendar for the coming year. Then look at the BLUE task names across the top and consider what you might like to do at one (or more) of the concerts. Note that required arrival times are printed in RED.

Click on the circle that matches a date and task you are willing to do. Be sure to provide your contact information, then click the "Submit" button to send in the form. You should receive an email copy containing you choices as a reminder to yourself.

Please submit your form as quickly as possible, so we can be ready for the first Concert in September.

If you have any questions or concerns or have an idea for some other role you'd like to play, please email judyduda1@bellsouth.net. All of the tasks listed are easy to do and there'll be plenty of "veterans" to guide you.
Still not sure?  Why not sign up for just ONE concert and see for yourself what fun you'll have being part of this great team!

Blessings,
Judy Duda, Concert Series Coordinator

* NOTE: "Hospitality for Performers" varies from light refreshments to a full (catered) meal served prior to concerts. Hosts would assist with set up, serving, and welcoming performers. More details will be communicated to those who sign up as each event date nears. This can be a lot of fun and a great way to personally meet the performers!

** NOTE: "Holiday Concert" will be performed three times. Sign up for one OR more! Those who Host BOTH Saturday concerts will be served free supper at 5pm.

*** (time) indicates when the volunteer should arrive to begin their task.

PLEASE CHECK SPECIFIC DATES & TASKS ABOVE AND COMPLETE INFO BELOW. You will then be contacted by Judy Duda about one month prior to the event to confirm.
